A large mature garden offers you the privacy of beautiful views over woodland and  mountains. You can enjoy the best the weather has to offer either in the garden or on the patio. Relax in the conservatory; read, listen to radio/music or just watch nature unfold. Observe the birds, butterflies, occasional deer and our visiting red squirrel -'Red'!

We offer off road private parking, secure storage of equipment and drying facilities. All enthusiasts are welcome as this area offers a wide range of recreational pursuits. These include; walking, climbing, cycling, motor biking, water sports, golf, fishing, whisky tasting....which may lead to dancing even for the novice!! Pitlochry is also home to the famous Festival Theatre where a varied selection of performances, workshops and events take place. There is also the Salmon leap, a well established local attraction.

The town centre of Pitlochry is a short stroll away where there is an ample selection of shops, bars and restaurants. We are also within walking distance of the nearby village of Moulin and the many walks in and around the area.
